Cancellation Notice

Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance during working hours.
Anything under this timeframe is considered a late cancellation.

New Client Confirmation

If you are a new client, you will receive an SMS asking you to confirm your appointment.
You must reply “YES” to secure your booking.
Failure to confirm may result in your appointment being cancelled.

No-Show Policy

No-shows will be charged in full — no exceptions.
Missed appointments affect both your barber and other clients waiting for spots.

Arrival Time

Please arrive on time or 5 minutes early to ensure you receive the full service booked.
Arriving late may result in a shortened service and may still incur a full or partial charge, depending on how late you arrive.
